Cleaning and maintaining 8 air conditioning units (extra charge on chemical and parts). |

Maintaining electricity and water systems within the suite. |

Quoting and purchasing any extra parts required for the proper function of all systems. |

Servicing monthly with prior notice given to the suite owner. |

|

|
Cleaning the suite floor (including carpets) and all furniture. |

Cleaning all bathrooms. |

Cleaning the stairs and stair rail. |
|

Cleaning the interior side of all windows. |
|
|
Cleaning dishes and kitchen ware. |
|
|
Making the bed. |
|
|
Half Day Service Period = 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. or 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. |

Full Day Service Period = 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. |
|
|
Servicing at least 4 hours/service according to the set schedule. |
